Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. b. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been personalized or customized.
  • Products marked as final sale or clearance items.

Return Process:

. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email or through our customer support portal on the website.

b. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

c. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.

d. We will be initiating the package return from our side. Please handover the package in the same package that you recieved. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.

Refund?

a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

b. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

c. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

d. In case of refunds, the amount refunded will be the purchase price of the item, excluding any discounts, promotions, or coupons applied at the time of purchase..

Exchanges:

a. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

b. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:
